Dr Philip Carter graduated from Monash Universtiy in 1984. From 1984 to 1987 he gained a Diploma of Obstetrics. From 1988 Dr Carter honed his skills in Acupuncture and began working full-time at Noble Park and Hallam from 1988 until 1992. In 1992 Dr Carter opened his own clinic on Fleetwood Drive in Narre Warren until relocating the Clinic to Burwood Court in 1996 where you will still find him working today.

Dr De Lanerolle commenced at Parkview Clinic in 2014. He has a special interest in chronic diseases, paediatrics, ingrown toe nails, general, family & children health issues, preventative care and men’s health. He is also able to consult in Sinhalese.

Dr Mansoora graduated in Medicine and completed her post graduate training in Women's Health from the most prestigious university in Pakistan, The Agha Khan University Hospital. She worked in both urban and rural locations in Pakistan; before moving to Australia. She completed her FRACGP and has been practicing family medicine since 2013. Dr Mansoora has more than 8 years experience working with the Aboriginal community.

Dr Yu Yu Khine gained her fellowship in 2020 in Melbourne. She enjoys the diversity of being a GP with a special interest in skin conditions. She can also provide a full skin check. A caring family practitioner who has a passion for women’s health as well as looking after children and families. She provides weight loss counselling, family planning including contraception advice, (implanon insertion and removal) and preventative health.
